Christina Gilbertson MIoD, AIIRSM
Christina took the reins in August 2000 and manages operations and the strategic development of the company. She has a background in administrative management and before joining Key occupied a central role in the communications department at Warwick Business School.

John has over 25 years experience in training and consultancy in a variety of occupational settings ranging from the education sector and Local Government to engineering and service sectors. He has delivered powerful and persuasive messages in the boardrooms of some of the UK's leading companies.
Gareth Lewis MInstSMM, MIDM
Gareth applies his experience of retail, marketing management and telemarketing to deliver a unique style of communication, effectively providing a store front for our clients at the end of a phone line. His job is to keep clients informed of our developing products and help them decide how to spend their budgets wisely.
Anita Heath Dip RSA
Anita joined the Key team in October 1992 - a long timer! She manages the office administration and all public course registrations and bookings. Anita's general administration capabilities are valued by colleagues and clients alike.
Grace McFadyean
Grace brings energy and enthusiasm to the Business Development Department, which has been duly noted by many of our clients. She is responsible for managing our contact database, handling new enquiries and follow up.
Sarah Troman
Sarah works with Anita to ensure the smooth running of all administrative aspects at Key. She’s often the first person to greet people on the phone and when they arrive for a training course at The Mount School.
Gregg McFadyean
Gregg is in charge of facilities at our training centre The Mount School. He is responsible for setting up the training rooms, managing lunch, refreshments and all aspects of delegate comfort.
Mike Pitham Dip2.OSH, CMIOSH, FIIRSM
After setting up and managing an Information Technology Training Centre for Warwickshire County Council and managing the regional training function for a national charity, Mike's many years of training and management experience have proved invaluable. Mike who has worked for Group Training Schemes and other consultancies before Key is a solid contributor to many of our current products.

Kevin's experience was hard earned in the electrical and mechanical engineering industries. He moved into training management for a medium size engineering company before incorporating safety with his many talents. His developing role in these industries has given Kevin the expertise necessary for the accomplished delivery of our professional development programmes.

Chris, like all of his colleagues, is an all rounder and contributes across a wide range of courses specialising in individual and organisational behaviour. His background is in manufacturing where he has held positions as Human Resources Officer, a Safety Adviser and an Ergonomics Adviser. He has advised on workstation design, practical task analysis and anthropometric/ biomechanical product evaluation.

Richard Cumberland BSc, CMIOSH, MCIPD
From a background in human resources management gained in the brewing and leisure industry, Richard has developed and presented a range of management training courses for all levels of management. His experience includes the management of a team of recruitment officers and recently the design and preparation of courses addressing the management of safety.

Amy Bowering
In May 2008 Amy Bowering joined our team from GEFCO, the global logistics and distribution specialist. Amy brings with her a wealth of knowledge about the distribution and industry and has been focussing on the delivery of risk assessment, accident investigation and behavioural safety course ‘Make the Right Choice’ since she arrived.

Steve Simmons BSc (Hons), PhD, CEnv, CMIWM, CMIOSH
Steve works for Key on a part time basis and manages the development and delivery of all our environmental programmes. Steve stepped in to help some years ago after we failed to recruit a suitable full time environmental specialist; the feedback we received from delegates was so good we stopped the search and have used him ever since.
