NEBOSH Graduation Ceremony 2006 (May 06)

The inaugural NEBOSH Graduation Ceremony took place on 9 May at Warwick

University celebrating the achievements of all candidates who passed NEBOSH qualifications during 2005. Over 600 people came to the ceremony made up of

270 of those who were awarded a NEBOSH Diploma in 2005 and their guests, together with representatives from NEBOSH Course Providers, award sponsors and invited VIP Guests. The Candidates who achieved the highest marks in each of the nine NEBOSH Diplomas and Certificates, were each presented with an engraved goblet by the award sponsors.

Teresa Budworth, NEBOSH's acting Chief Executive commented "We were overwhelmed by the number of Diploma candidates who attended the ceremony and have subsequently been thrilled by the positive comments we have received from candidates, their families, employers, course providers and sponsors about the day."

Key students Craig Morgan and John Cornhill (pictured above) both collected their awards for gaining the Diploma Part 2.
